Hey, guys, welcome to my new blog, "Teaching Rochelle the 80's." Since the 1980's in many ways was the best and craziest decade ever, I feel some things must be relived. I am also shocked that many millennials don't know shit about the decade. Example: my friend Rochelle. She is an incredible teacher in the DFW area. Her students and peers love her. She works hard. Loves Harry Potter. Going for her doctorate. But if I mention something about Eddie Murphy or The Goonies, she looks lost. So I am going to fix this. I am going to pick random 80's events to blog about. Movies, TV shows, whatever. To teach this generation about the best decade ever!!! Hopefully I will get some guest bloggers in here. Most importantly I hope I don't quit after this post.
